Electrician laminated wood

Electrician laminated wood is made of birch, beech and other tree species through rotary cutting veneer and synthetic resin adhesive pressing, with high mechanical strength, excellent insulation and heat stability, suitable for transformer oil immersed environment. It combines the toughness of wood with the high temperature and voltage resistance characteristics of insulation materials. The long-term working temperature can reach 120 ℃, the breakdown voltage is ≥ 35kV/mm, and the mechanical strength is excellent, not easy to deform and crack. In transformers, laminated wood is mainly used to make key components such as lead brackets, iron yoke clamps, insulation braces, etc., which play a role in fixing, supporting, and electrical insulation. It can effectively isolate the live body from the grounding body and ensure the stability of equipment operation. This material also has good processing performance and can be cut and drilled according to structural requirements, adapting to the assembly requirements of different types of transformers. It is one of the commonly used materials for the core insulation components of oil immersed transformers.
