1. Product Introduction
Electrical insulating paperboard is a special insulating substrate for the power and electrical industry. It is made of high-quality sulfate wood pulp and refined cotton pulp without any conductive impurities. Featuring excellent insulation performance, heat and oil resistance, toughness and structural stability, it serves as a core basic insulating material for transformers, motors, high and low-voltage electrical appliances, and new energy electrical equipment.
2. Classification by Shape & Specification
1. Roll Paperboard (≤0.5mm): It boasts excellent flexibility, widely used for coil wrapping, thin-layer insulation and special-shaped processing.
2. Flat Paperboard (＞0.5mm): It features high rigidity and compression resistance, commonly applied to structural support parts such as insulating partitions, cushion blocks, stays and gaskets.
The standard thickness ranges from 0.1mm to 8.0mm. Custom special sizes and stamped special-shaped parts are available to meet the demands of various non-standard equipment.
3. Main Application Fields
It is widely used in oil-immersed and dry-type transformers, reactors, instrument transformers, high and low-voltage motors, generators, switch cabinets and distribution boxes. It is also applicable to insulation protection for new energy electrical equipment such as photovoltaic and wind power devices, as well as precision industrial control electrical appliances.
