core
-Silicon steel sheet: It is the main material for transformer iron cores, generally made by stacking silicon steel sheets with insulation layers on the surface of 0.35-0.5 millimeters thick, which can effectively reduce the eddy current loss of the iron core.
-Clamp: used to clamp silicon steel sheets, making the iron core a whole, while also supporting and fixing the winding.
winding
-Wire: usually made of copper or aluminum, it is the main component for transmitting electrical energy in transformers. According to the voltage level and capacity of the transformer, the cross-section and number of turns of the wire will also vary.
-Insulation materials: including paper insulation, oil immersed paper insulation, film insulation, etc., used to isolate different parts of the winding and between the winding and the iron core to prevent leakage and short circuit.
tap changer
-Off load tap changer: used to adjust the number of turns of the winding in the event of a power outage in a transformer, thereby changing the transformer's transformation ratio to adapt to different voltage requirements.
-On load tap changer: capable of performing tap changes during transformer operation with load, thereby achieving dynamic voltage regulation.
fuel tank
-Box body: usually made of steel plate, used to accommodate components such as iron core, winding, insulation oil, etc., playing a protective and sealing role.
-Radiators: including tubular radiators, sheet radiators, etc., dissipate the heat generated by the operation of transformers to the surrounding environment through thermal conduction and convection.
Insulating sleeve
-Ceramic bushing: mainly used for transformers with voltage levels of 35kV and below, with good insulation performance and mechanical strength.
-Oil filled bushing: commonly used in transformers with voltage levels of 110kV and above, filled with insulating oil inside to improve insulation performance.
Other accessories
-Gas relay: installed on the connecting pipeline between the oil tank and the oil storage tank. When a fault occurs inside the transformer and abnormal gas or oil flow velocity occurs, the gas relay will activate and send an alarm signal or trip signal.
-Pressure relief valve: When the internal pressure of the transformer exceeds the specified value, the pressure relief valve will automatically open to release pressure and protect the transformer from damage.
-Temperature gauge: used to measure the oil temperature of transformers, so that operators can timely understand the operating temperature of transformers and ensure that transformers operate within the normal temperature range.
