1. Q:What does your company do, and does it have its own factory?

    A:We are a comprehensive transformer supplier with 30 years of experience in manufacturing transformer bushings and accessories, integrating production and trade operations. Our production facility spans 6,000 square meters, featuring clearly designated production zones and over 50 pieces of specialized equipment. We maintain product inventories tailored to customer demand, ensure well‑defined product categorization, and deliver supplies promptly.


2. Q:What types of transformer bushings do you mainly supply?
    A:We provide a full range of bushings complying with international standards including ANSI, DIN and EN, including standard type, flange type and high‑performance epoxy resin bushings, delivering outstanding dielectric strength and mechanical reliability.


3. Q:What voltage ratings are your transformer bushings suitable for?

    A:Our standard bushings cover voltages up to 45 kV with rated currents ranging from 150 A to 5000 A. We also offer custom high‑voltage bushings for industrial and substation transformers.


4. Q:What materials are used to manufacture your transformer bushings?

    A:Insulating components: high‑strength epoxy resin and high‑glaze anti‑ageing porcelain
Conductive terminals: 37700 brass, 58‑3A brass, red copper and pure copper
Metal fittings: stainless steel and galvanized carbon steel for anti‑corrosion performance

Gaskets: NBR nitrile rubber, acrylate rubber and fluorosilicone rubber


5. Q:What other products can you supply besides transformer bushings?

    A:We are capable of manufacturing heavy structural components. Our product portfolio includes high‑quality transformer tank shells, silicon steel sheets and laminated wood. We also provide one‑stop supporting supplies such as insulating paper, crepe paper and connection terminals as other auxiliary transformer accessories.


6. Q:What standards do your transformer bushings comply with?

    A:Our transformers and matching accessories have passed certifications in accordance with IEC 60137:2017, IEEE C57.19.100 and IEC 60815. As a well‑recognized component supplier within the global transformer supply chain, we support the construction of power infrastructure worldwide with stable long‑term supply capacity.


7. Q:What qualification certificates has your company obtained?

    A:Our company has obtained three major management system certifications: ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. In addition, we own 50 software copyrights, 2 invention patents and 20 utility model patents.


8. Q:Does your company have complete testing capabilities?
    A:We implement full standardized testing procedures and are equipped with professional testing instruments, including spectrometers, zinc coating thickness gauges, porcelain insulator resistance testers, conductivity detectors, insulation resistance testers, helium leak detectors, helium mass spectrometer leak testing platforms, power frequency withstand voltage testers, coating thickness meters, digital megohmmeters, X‑ray fluorescence spectrometers, salt spray testers, loop resistance testers and partial discharge testing equipment.


9. Q:What is the production lead time for bulk orders?

    A:Standard stock bushings can be shipped within 5 to 10 working days. Custom non‑standard bushings require 15 to 30 working days, depending on order quantity and drawing complexity.


10. Q:Can samples be provided for quality inspection before placing a bulk order?

      A:Yes, we support small‑batch sample orders to facilitate quality testing for customers, who only need to cover the sample cost and shipping fees. Additionally, we offer inspection services for initial, intermediate, and final products.
