This page summarizes Xingda's full range of transformer bushings manufactured to the Brazilian (NBR) standard system — 11 standard models in two groups:

① 1.3kV LV bushings: three current ratings — 160A, 400A and 800A — five models of the NBR-1.3KV series, used on the LV outlet of distribution transformers. Porcelain construction; terminal threads from M10×1.5 up to M24×1.5. Types T2/T3 are fitted with a flat mounting bracket (2×Φ14 or 4×Φ14 fixing holes), while T1 is a straight stud type without bracket.

② 15kV / 24.2kV / 36.2kV MV bushings: rated 160A, six models of the NBR-15KV / 24.2KV / 36.2KV series, used on the HV inlet of Brazilian-style distribution transformers. Brown glazed porcelain with multiple sheds — 4, 6 or 12 sheds according to voltage class — and creepage distances of 280, 405 and 680 mm. Each voltage class comes in two variants, T1 and T2: identical porcelain and electrical data, differing only in the tank-side length h2 (T1 short, T2 long), selected according to the transformer tank construction.

Model designation is straightforward: NBR – voltage class – rated current – Tn. For example, NBR-24.2KV-160A-T2 is the 24.2kV / 160A bushing with extended tank side. Voltage, current and T-type — three parameters are enough to fix the model.

Mounting & Fittings

1.3kV series: Type T1 exits directly through the tank cover via the threaded stud; Types T2/T3 carry a galvanized flat bracket with hole spacing B = 74.5 mm (160A) or 94.5 mm (400A/800A), 2×Φ14 or 4×Φ14 fixing holes, plate thickness t = 6/8/13 mm, and opening sizes of 34/49/68 mm increasing with the current rating.

MV series: uniform tank opening of Φ68 mm, supplied complete with gaskets and clamping fittings. Maximum shed diameter ΦD is 99 mm (15kV / 36.2kV) or 105 mm (24.2kV); conductor diameter Φd = 11 mm. Tank-side lengths h2 are 110 mm (T1) and 172 mm (T2) — please select according to tank wall thickness and internal lead clearance when ordering.
