Transformer butterfly valve

Transformer butterfly valve is the core oil control accessory of oil immersed transformers, mainly installed in transformer oil tanks, oil pillows, coolers and other parts, used for oil circuit opening and closing, oil injection, oil discharge, sampling, exhaust and other operations. The core follows the national standard JB/T 5345-2016 "Butterfly Valve for Transformers", and has the characteristics of compact structure, easy operation, reliable sealing, oil and temperature resistance, suitable for the working conditions of transformer oil medium.

Vacuum butterfly valve: With high sealing performance, it is suitable for vacuum conditions such as transformer vacuum pumping and oil injection, preventing air from entering and causing insulation oil aging. It is the mainstream type of transformer main oil circuit;

Hard sealed butterfly valve: equipped with a metal sealing surface, it has stronger temperature and pressure resistance, and is suitable for working conditions such as coolers and oil discharge ports;

Flange butterfly valve: the mainstream installation form, the flange connection fits the transformer oil tank, the sealing surface adapts to the national standard flange size, the installation is convenient and the sealing performance is good.
