Product Overview
BD series butterfly valves are manufactured by Tianjin Xingda Electric Technology Co., Ltd. specifically for opening and closing the oil circuits of transformers — a standard isolation valve for transformer assembly and maintenance. Operating conditions are identical to those of the transformer itself. Mounted between tank flanges, the valve is operated with a wrench on the top handle; an engraved arrow gives a clear indication of the OPEN/CLOSE position. The valve body offers excellent overall rigidity and long service life, with precision-machined sealing surfaces that hold oil pressure without leakage over years of service.

Installation & Operation
| Step | Description |

| Mounting position | Keep the valve closed during installation to protect the sealing surfaces |
| Installation | Check for cleanliness, remove nuts and washers on both sides, fit the sealing ring, then bolt the valve to the tank flange |
| Opening | Turn the handle with a wrench until the arrow is 90° to the body, pointing to OPEN |
| Closing | Turn the handle until the arrow is parallel to the body, pointing to CLOSE; stop once seated — do not over-tighten |
| Transport & storage | Keep packaging intact; protect from rain, moisture and impact to avoid corrosion and damage to sealing faces |
