The Xingda (XD) SCB series three-phase resin-insulated dry-type distribution transformer is designed and manufactured in accordance with IEC 60076-11, GB 1094.11 and GB 20052 energy-efficiency standards. Using vacuum epoxy-resin casting technology with a premium silicon-steel core, it offers flame retardancy, fire safety, moisture resistance, low noise, low partial discharge, maintenance-free operation and strong short-circuit withstand capability. With rated capacities from 30 to 2500kVA (customizable), it is widely used in high-rise buildings, commercial centers, airports, metros, tunnels, hospitals, industrial substations and renewable energy stations.

Product Overview

Both HV and LV windings are vacuum-cast in epoxy resin and cured into a rigid, void-free insulation body. The core is made of premium cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with fully-mitred joints for low no-load loss and low noise. Being oil-free, the transformer carries no risk of fire or explosion and requires no oil treatment — it can be installed close to the load center, significantly reducing civil works and cable investment. It is the ideal indoor replacement for oil-immersed distribution transformers.

• Maintenance-Free / Low-Maintenance: Oil-free, leak-free and pollution-free — minimal routine maintenance and low total cost of ownership;
• Flexible Installation: Compact and lightweight with a roller base for easy movement; can be bay-arranged with MV/LV switchgear to save substation space;
• Smart Accessories (Optional): Temperature controller monitors three-phase winding temperature and automatically starts/stops fans; forced-air cooling (AF) boosts output capacity by approx. 40%~50%.

Ambient temperature: max. +40℃, min. -25℃ (indoor type with enclosure); altitude ≤ 1000 m (special design available above); relative humidity ≤ 95%; free from explosive, corrosive gases and heavy dust. Special service conditions can be negotiated.
