Product Overview
The 35kV dry-type power transformer adopts epoxy resin vacuum casting technology to achieve fully sealed HV winding insulation, with rated capacity covering 800kVA to 25MVA. The core is built from premium high-permeability silicon steel; the HV side connects directly to the grid while the LV side outputs 3.15kV~11kV. With Class F/H insulation (155℃~180℃) and efficiency per GB/T 10228, it serves grids, industry, airport hub substations and mine power supply — operating reliably at 4500m altitude and in -40℃ extreme cold, with a design life exceeding 30 years.

- Safe, fireproof, maintenance-free: strong short-circuit withstand, low maintenance, high operating efficiency, compact and low-noise; ideal for fire- and explosion-critical sites — pollution-free and connectable directly to loads;
- Reliable HV insulation: triple insulation system (windings — glass-fiber reinforced epoxy resin); partial discharge ≤10pC; power-frequency withstand 70kV/1min without flashover;
- Strong surge withstand: short-circuit tested to GB 1094.5; winding mechanical and thermal stability both meet national standards;
- Superior cooling & overload: short-time overload operation under forced-air cooling; CFD-optimized air ducts deliver hot-spot temperature rise 15K below the standard limit;
- Intelligent temperature control: complete temperature monitoring and protection system — intelligent controllers auto-scan and display the temperature of all three phase windings, start/stop fans automatically, with alarm and trip functions;
- Customizable: optional harmonic-suppression windings, on-load tap changer and anti-condensation heaters for special site conditions.
