1. Expand heat dissipation area: The sheet/fin structure significantly increases the contact area with air (3-5 times higher than the light pipe), and optimizes airflow with a 5-10mm gap between the sheets to accelerate heat exchange.
2. Build a heat exchange cycle (mainly oil immersed): form a closed loop of "hot oil rising - heat dissipation and cooling - cold oil reflux", where the hot oil enters the heat sink through the oil pipe for cooling and then flows back, continuously exporting heat.
3. Compatible with multiple cooling modes: natural cooling relies on air convection/radiation for heat dissipation; When under high load, a fan can be equipped to achieve forced air cooling, further improving heat dissipation efficiency.
4. Delaying insulation aging: Control the top oil temperature within 85-95 ℃ to avoid high temperature accelerating the aging of insulation oil and insulation materials (the aging rate of oil is about doubled for every 8 ℃ rise in oil temperature), and extend the service life of equipment.
5. Ensure operational safety: prevent insulation breakdown, oil decomposition and gas production caused by overheating, and avoid equipment damage and safety accidents.
